Alex Kim is experienced in entrepreneurship, management consulting, venture capital, and investment banking. He has co-founded multiple businesses as an entrepreneur, led and oversaw consulting projects at McKinsey, managed sales and business development opportunities at tech startups, evaluated tech-focused venture capital investments at a venture capital fund, and constructed financial models during his tenure in investment banking at DLJ.

Mr. Kim is a Partner at Middlemarch Partners, a merchant bank based in New York, that provides capital raising and M&A advisory services of an investment bank and invests as a private debt and equity investor. Additionally, he serves as an Advisor at SkyPath Capital Partners, a strategy advisory firm and private investment boutique, based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Mr. Kim’s education includes an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelors in Commerce from University of Virginia.
