Along with his partners, he helps contribute to the development of the local startup ecosystem through many projects such as Founder Institute Mongolia, Startup World Cup Mongolia, and Exponential Zaisan Partners. Besides startup-related projects, Mr. Azbayar co-founded Amgalan Logistic, ZBA Investments, and Gobi Group. Leveraging his expertise, he serves as a board member of Ard Pension and holds the prestigious position of Global Advisor to the Global Chamber.

He received his bachelors from the University of Finance and Economics, and his MBA from Fairfax University of America.
