Mr. Bayar previously co-founded a start-up in Venture Capital and in total has experience investing into 15 tech startups worldwide from Singapore, a business developer in the Asia-Pacific region who worked on launching a digital bank in Taiwan. Began as a digital marketing specialist who increased monthly revenue 6x times in the first year by introducing innovative marketing campaigns at Rakuten Japan and was promoted to a Marketing Consultant at Kobo in Canada specializing in CRM who increased sales with no additional marketing cost by optimizing automated customer relationship programs. A seasoned expatriate of 9 years with a working history in Japan, Canada, Singapore, Taiwan and Mongolia.

Proficient in Japanese, Mongolian, and English, he has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the National University of Singapore.
