We’re introducing MonJa mentors, please welcome Hiroya Toshima from Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support Co., Ltd.

Mr. Toshima has more than 8+ years of experience in business/product development in the automotive sectors and 2 years of experience in various startup accelerator programs. Currently, he is supporting a variety of start-ups through several accelerator programs in Japan and also supporting new business development/open innovation activities for major Japanese corporations as a business consultant.

Previously, he was in charge of new business development in value-chain domain and product development for emerging countries in Toyota Motor Corporation.

He received his bachelor degree from Hokkaido University.
