We are introducing MonJa mentors, please welcome Jack Sim, Founder of World Toilet Organization, Dialogue in the Dark Singapore and BoP Hub.

After successfully establishing and managing 16 businesses, Mr. Sim transitioned into a serial social entrepreneur, dedicating his full-time efforts to making a difference in the world.

Jack Sim founded the Restroom Association of Singapore in 1998. In 2001, he went on to establish the World Toilet Organization, a global non-profit organization dedicated to improving sanitation conditions worldwide. His leadership led to the creation of the UN World Toilet Day, celebrated annually on November 19th, shedding light on the global sanitation crisis. After years of dedication to the Sanitation issue, Jack Sim founded the BoP HUB, a business accelerator platform, with a vision to “design business to end poverty”. Mr. Sim also co-founded “Dialogue in the Dark Singapore”, an organization that raises awareness about the challenges faced by the disabled community.

Jack Sim is experienced in mass resource mobilization movements, market ecosystem building, media communication, and motivational speaking. He has shared his knowledge as a teacher at Singularity University, as well as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
