Jim Dwyer is an Investment banker based in New York for 30 years. Moved to Mongolia in 2001 to represent the Government of Mongolia in privatizations of TDB and then Khan Bank. Founded Business Council of Mongolia (BCM) in 2007 and managed BCM from 2007 to 2016. Currently serves as an independent director and financial advisor for several Mongolian-based entities.
