Gund Investment LLC, a family-owned company, emerged in 2016 following the restructuring of the Mongolian Investment Holding Group. Since then, it has made remarkable strides in diverse sectors, including investment, startup incubation, system engineering service, education, travel service, real estate management, insurance and financial services etc.

One of the many remarkable ventures under Gund Investment LLC is Socratus Start-up Studio LLC, a startup incubation company specializing in nurturing startup growth through an innovative system engineering-based program. With investments in and support for 12 startup companies, Socratus Start Studio stands as a beacon of successful entrepreneurship.

Mr. Dugar’s educational background comprises a B.S. degree in mining engineering from the Moscow School of Mines, complemented by specialized training at the Colorado School of Mines and an Honorary Professor at the University of Science and Technology of Mongolia. In addition to his corporate endeavours, he holds key positions that showcase his commitment to industry advancement. He is the Founding Chairman of the Young Researchers Support Foundation, a Board Member of the Business Council of Mongolia, and a corporate advisory board member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), emphasizing his dedication to fostering progress both nationally and internationally.
