Mr. Cashell specializes in real estate investment. His career includes founding Asia Pacific Investment Partners, an investment operating firm with offices in Hong Kong and London, primarily focused on operations in Mongolia. As Chairman and CEO of Mongolian Properties and Mongolian Metals Corporation, he has played a pivotal role in property and mining development. Mr. Cashell’s professional journey began with roles at organizations like Nomura Jafco Investments (AUM $600m at that time), Zero2IPO, J&A Securities Ltd, Thunderbird Emerging Markets and Worldsec International Ltd. At Nomura Jafco Investments, he was involved in migrating Asian companies to Silicon Valley.

He holds a Master’s in International Business from Thunderbird University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science from the University of Delaware.
