We are introducing MonJa mentors, please welcome Lina Xiao, Co-founder and CEO of NonPublic.

Previously, she held the position of Head of Investor Relations at Monk’s Hill Ventures, successfully raising capital for the firm’s funds and co-investments. At Citi, she served as Vice President, managing a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients. Her involvement in private equity fundraising at Everstone Group further expanded her expertise. Additionally, Lina’s role as a Private Banker at Credit Suisse involved managing multi-strategy portfolios focused on emerging markets such as Russia, Greece, Kazakhstan, and the Philippines. Earlier in her career at Merrill Lynch, she worked as an Investments Analyst, managing private portfolios for mining and metals investment banking clients in Australia.

Lina has an Executive Certificate in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, as well as an Investment Advice Diploma in Finance and Financial Management Services from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). She has also completed courses in media and communications, sustainability, and client advisor competency standards from Deakin University and The Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF).
