We are introducing MonJa mentors, please welcome Sainbileg Mandakh, CIO of Golomt Bank

Mr. Mandakh is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Golomt Bank, where he plays a pivotal role in leading software, infrastructure, security, and application development. As the President of the CIO Club Mongolia, the Head of the IT Council at the Mongolian Bankers Association, and the Board Member of the Mongolian Software Industry Association Mr.Mandakh has actively contributed to the advancement of the IT industry in Mongolia.

Prior to his current role, Mr.Mandakh held various key positions, including the former Head of the IT Division and Director of the Systems Department at Golomt Bank. He has also worked as a Modeler, developer, Database Administrator, and System Analyst at renowned organizations such as A.C.E.R in Australia and QOSQO in the Netherlands. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr.Mandakh has been recognized for his exceptional contributions. He was awarded the prestigious COVID-19 SUPER HERO CIO by Enterprise IT World. The Mongolian Bankers Association also honoured him as the best banker for his outstanding achievements. Furthermore, Mr.Mandakh has received accolades such as the best employee of the company from both Golomt Bank and Starsoft LLC.

To give back to the community, he serves as a Visiting Lecturer at MLC Business School, and as an Ambassador at Id Shidiin Oron NGO, advocating for children’s rights.

Fluent in English, he holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Development from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology.
