Shosei has expertise in advisory services in public sectors based on a wealth of experience in the field of international development working for a wide range of organizations such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and the United Nations Development Programme. At Deloitte, he has advised corporates in business development with a focus on overseas expansion and open innovation with startups. He has also been leading projects, particularly on startup support and ecosystem development in emerging markets which includes accelerator programs in Cambodia, India and Kenya.
